With a change in weather comes a new direction for Dill & Bay. Along with some live music on Saturday afternoons with Herb Garden offers, we're launching SUNNY SUNDAYS. A BBQ Roast dinner concept that will give you all the smoky, hot coal flavour of a real BBQ, along with fresh summer crop of veggies. And not forgetting our fabulous Yorkshire Puddings.

Welcome Pierre
Pierre as joined the Dill & Bay team with classic French training and a resume that lists some of the top restaurants in the world. We are privileged to welcome him to Rothwell, and into the Head Chef position. He's leading our existing brigade of chefs and with their Dill & Bay heritage we're keeping the 'Yorkshire' in our menus.
